Hi Anna,

go to the Environment-Variable-Settings of the Control-Panel and move the settings of 'C:\WINNT' and 'C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32' of the PATH-Variable to the top, so that setup-routines can find the resource to 'REGSVR32.EXE' at first in 'C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32'. With an ORACLE-Installtion ORACLE set his own path to the top and an own REGSVR32.EXE-file was copied in one of the ORACLE-directories. Setup-Routines from MS do not run with the REGSVR32.EXE-file from ORACLE.

HTH, Olaf
