Yes, thats what I was looking for. Now it works fine.

Other things I had to install:

compat-egcs
compat-glibc
compat-libs

The Oracle install commands (in that order):

export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.2.5
. /usr/i386-glibc21-linux/bin/i386-glibc21-linux-env.sh ./runInstaller
