Dear Friends! After installing Oracle8i Personal Edition to my
Windows98 PC, I can't work with it because the installation is not
completed (my PC has only 64 MB RAM, and DB can't be created
automatically).
Therefore, I try to do it manually. So, what does the phrase from the
documentation "run the DBMA" mean (step-by-step)? Thank you very much.
