Isn't this a bit like the tail wagging the dog? If they need graphs and pretty pictures then surely they have to tell you *of what*. If this has been done before at your site then get a copy of the last reports and use those as templates, if it's the first time it's ever been done then it's time to get your customers documenting what statistics they'd like to see.
