ORA-03114 during database creation

Hi;


I've tried to install oracle 8.1.6 in Solaris 2.6.
I pass the install and link phase but failed in the database creation
phase.


I got the  error: ORA-03114 'not connected to ORACLE.'.



Any help will be appreciated.
