No need to purchase documentation for this - http://technet.oracle.com > Documentation > Oracle9i should provide access to the SQL Reference manual. I scanned through that recently & find that the ANSI SQL99 support is fairly complete. The manual will help you judge for yourself.

Is there any specific data type you need?
