Why do you want to have two copies of exact same databases? Because one server only can't handle the throughput?

Whether you go with parallel server or replicated enviroment, you have to note that these great architectural changes might make things even slower for you (write-write contention and syncronization problems).

So, you might want to tell us the cause, why you want to load balance and have two server?
