Good introduction to Oracle?

Can anyone recommend good introductions to Oracle (either web based or
books)?




I have a reasonable level of knowledge (have programmed against MS SQL
server databases and have installed, backed up and restored Oracle
ones). 



I can install the server and set up databases.
