Even I can get Access to support 25 users simultaneously without too much trouble. Sir, pull your head out of the sand Oracle is a great product, but not appropriate for all purposes - and even Oracle themselves will admit this.

You may be a highly experienced Oracle developer, but your knowledge of other elements of the industry is clearly lacking. I would expect such un-reasoned and un-supported arguments from a 13 year old. Not a professional.

A wise man always picks the correct tool for the job after learning how to assess it properly. If you are sufficiently unfamiliar with Access, to make an informed judgement of its capabilities, find someone who is. Engage brain and then mouth; in THAT order.
