Go here (http://www.toadsoft.com/downld.html) and get the Free Toad.

However, there's a lot more in it than just table editing, so why not protect yourself from himself by writing a simple frontend in Access, VB, Delphi etc? Makes it simpler for the user as well.

Failing that, a simple batch file or perl script that does it via SQLPlus would do...
