Good question. I have that book, but hadn't bothered with their sample tables. AFAICS they are supplied in a pdf format, I tried cutting and pasting, but under linux I am losing the end of line characters.

Maybe you need to convert the pdf to another format - Not very user friendly, they should have provided the SQL scripts as discreet files.

I don't know what the rs32e301.exe file is as it is unlikely to run under native Linux ;-)
