Look at Oracle Lite or Personal Oracle (do they still make that?)... For more thorough info, go to technet.oracle.com, register yourself, and look at the stuff available for download. They should have docs allowing you to make a decision on which to download (Personal Oracle is/was more like the big database, i understand Oracle Lite is a little different).
