FRM 92100 Error - Anyone have a solution

I have an application running through Oracle Forms Server. The program is a
simple data entry utility. Several users have received the FRM 92100 error
where it states that they have been disconnected from the server. Has anyone
else seen this? Does anyone know the cause or better yet - the solution?
