SQL Plus not working in Forms

Hi all:



I installed Oracle forms (version 6) on my NT machine.
Now when I do start-->oracle for windows NT-->SQLPlus and try to log on,



I get an error "unable to connect to destination." What am I doing
wrong?



I tried system/manager, scott/tiger, sys/change_on_install as the ID and
paswd but nothing is working.
