You have asked a question that has no answer.

It is dependent upon a huge number of factors such as the WHERE clause, the CPU(s), the bus, hard disk speed, log buffers, log file size, rollback segment extent size, etc. etc.

I would guess on a decent machine a minute or two. But my definition of decent may differ greatly from yours.
