The java installer need to know where to Output should be displayed. This setting must be doen via the DISPLAY Environment variable. Try

export DISPLAY=<your Terminal IP Adress>:0.0

The X-Server need to have access to your X-Client:

run xhost + Received on Tue May 08 2001 - 05:03:39 CDT
