Files of type .sql are normally just text files. Have you tried to look at
them with a text editor?
Files of type .fmb are usually Oracle Forms binary source files for use with Oracle Developer. Unless you have the product you are pretty much out of luck with those.
You should contact your information source and have them resend you the data in text files preferably delimited by commas or tabs as there are all kinds of products that can process these type of files.
