We are using both CRLabs ODBC components and AllRoundAutomations DOA components in Delphi 5. They seem to be faster than using the ODBC version and I don't want to bother with distributing the BDE to all clients. I think it uses NET8 to connect.

At present I have the program on 5 desktops but this will need to go on around 100 and giving a CD to install the client components of around 180Mb is a waste of time and space. Isn't there a list of like a couple files that are needed for the program to connect that i can bundle up into a setup?

Many thanks for your reply

David Brabant
