More details,
Chyfo exports data to ascii files and can generate DDL statements for Oracle.
For example,

  1. chyfopro.exe /t=%.% /target=ora /ddl will generate DDL statements for all tables
  2. chyfopro.exe /t=%.% /target=ora will export all data
