Hi Jimmy,

I should have mentioned this, but I am running IIS 5.0 (W2K Pro), so I assume MTS is not running but replaced by Com Services. I tested sample ASP database apps that came with IIS to make sure the COM services were running, and they worked fine.

I checked the initmine.ora and there is no reference to the SID, blocked or unblocked (by the #).
