Good luck being a "great"' programmer. Hot tip. Whenever asking a FAQ, instead of doing a simple web search and getting the answers straight away, post a test message in appropriate newsgroup, and the follow up with an "explain all in detail"-type message. Change IDs often in vain hope people don't cotton on... flame anyone who points out inadequacies.
