Hi,

Enclose spaces with double quotes: " "

You can try a data movement software at www.ispirer.com/chyfo.html. It creates CSV files where empty columns are " " and NULL columns without quotes.
It generates CREATE TABLE, CREATE INDEX scripts for Oracle and control files for SQL Loader.
It supports moving of LOBs.
The tool has a lot of other features.
