Oracle 8i replication

Hi, all!
Help please!

I customize Oracle Enterprise 8i replication with REPAPI: 1. Start loadjava utility for loading repapi_s.jar. All is fine. There is repapi in etc catalog
2. I try execute publish. It says: "service ... url is invalid ..." publish was invoked in such way:
publish -u system -password manager -s
sess_iiop://myserver:2481:DB1/etc/repapi oracle.repapi.server.RServer

oracle.repapi.serverstub.RSHelper
-schema SYS -grant public
