for a plain text file set these system parameters :

MODE = CHARACTER
DESTYPE = FILE
DESFORMAT = dflt (default driver for printer) PRINTJOB = NO (no print job dialogue will appear)

You can use HTML and PDF formats for report too.

I assume that you know how to display HTML files, and PDF format file you can read by Acrobat Reader which i free. www.adobe.com

Anfortunatelly I have a problem with Acrobat Reader and character set encoding.
