Oracle 81 Personal,Student Question

Hello,
If anyone has info about the following, I will greatly appreciate it! I downloaded Oracle81personal software for Win 98 from the Oracle site for a class I am taking. When I unzip the file and run the setup program, the setup wizard starts. One of the first Windows in the wizard has 2 dialogue boxes. The top box is the location of a bin. file that I think has a list of products to install. The other is the location where the software is going to be installed. I'm pretty sure that the default info in the first dialogue box is correct because, through windows explorer, I can see that the bin file is where it is supposed to be. My problem is that no matter what I put in the second box, including the default path, I end up with an error message that says there is a problem with the staging and that I should make sure that the info in both dialogue boxes in correct.
