Hi,



Apologies if this Q has been asked before.



I'm attempting to run Oracle on Windows 2000 and my Oracle client works ok.
However whenever I attempt to connect to the Oracle server e.g. svrmgrl I
get the following error:



Ora-12560: TNS protocol adapter error.





Has anybody come across a problem like this ?
