Problem with Trigger

Hi,
i have a problem using a trigger.
I have written and compiled a package and package body without an error, the necessary database link works also properly. When comiling the trigger I get the response : Warning: Trigger altered with compilation errors.

When using the trigger :
ORA-04098: trigger 'SLOT' is invalid and failed re-validation

I don#t know where I can find the problem or the errors mentioned above. I have checked the column names etc. everthing should be ok. Has anybody an idea how to find the problem ? Thanks a lot
