Oracle on Win2000 Server causes frequent reboots

Configuration is a 10 GB database on Windows 2000 Server with 512 MB or RAM. Several times a day, the Windows server will go to what appears to be a variation of the blue screen of death, with some message about memory errors, and then counts down the RAM and reboots. I've tried lots of combinations of memory settings, and of course setting very ample SWAP. Nothing seems to help.

Any one out there seen this problem with W2K and Oracle? Received on Mon Feb 05 2001 - 11:10:49 CST
