Util/Script/Tool suggestion to build Insert statements?

I need to generate a series of Insert statements based on about 15 tables and
their contents.  Before I run off and re-invent the wheel, can somebody
suggest a tool, PL/SQL script or utility that can do this?  I don't have dba
access to the database (if that will matter).



I know I could probably womp something up on my own but I hate to do it
if someone else already has!
