Unable to connect to Oracle8i

When trying to connect Oracle8i using Net8 Easy config I received the
following error:



Attempting to connect using userid:  ZZZZ
The test did not succeed.


ORA-12514: TNS:listener could not resolve SERVICE_NAME given in connect
descriptor



There may be an error in the fields entered,
or the server may not be ready for a connection.
