unix installation problem

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Oracle 8i Enterprise Edition onto Linux and keep getting the following when i run the installer:

Initializing Java Virtual Machine
from ../stage/Components/oracle.swd.jre/1.1.8/1/DataFiles/Expanded/linux /bin/jre. Please wait...
libXp.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
