OAS on Win2000

Hi,
I have installed Oracle Application Server 4.0.8.2 on a Windows 2000 Server computer, I can connect to the administration page, change settings and startup the listeners. When I try to startup OAS, the ORB starts and the startup stops. I need to start other OAS processes manually and then the admin and www listeners. After all these steps I still can't run any Web application through OAS. It could be a compatibility problem with Win2000.

Please help!!
