Oracle 7.3 Configurations

We have a NT Server running Oracle 7.3 for our SFDC Applications. It is a Comaq Server with 1 9Gb Hard Disk and the time has now come to buy some new kit for it.

Can any one recommend disk configuration (ie RAID5 etc) plus any redundancy options for the Server or point me o some web resources that will help out?
