8.1.5 is NOT certified against Win2K. You can expect all kind of problems. Upgrade to Oracle 8.1.6 or 8.1.7
also, IIRC, you need an *ordinary* user to export, and internal is not going to work at all, internal not being an ordinary user in the dictionary.
