Use the Oracle 7.x 16-bit ODBC drivers to connect from Access to Oracle. You will also need the Oracle 7.x client installed and configured. You can then link the tables from Oracle into Access and reach them that way. There are limitations to this approach, but -- given the awkwardness of this configuration -- it will at least get you started.
