WebDb Question

I'm installing Oracle 8.1.6 and WebDb 2.2 on Win 2K.  The database will
reside on the same machine as WebDb.  When I'm installing, I get the option
of TCP, IPC, or BEQ for communications.  Since I'm running both WebDb and
the database on the same box, does it matter which option I select?
