Check the listener services .... (use the services command in lsnrctl ) .. perhaps there are 2 entries for your instance and one of them is bad...remove any specific references to the instance in the listener.ora file, stop the database, stop and restart the listener, start the database and look again; the instance should register itself with its correct address..
