Hi Cesar.

I teach both the 8 & 8i classes. I would recommend the 8i class because 99% of the course has NOT changed in the new version, and so you get all the stuff from 8 and the goodies from 8i. BTW, in the DBA class we don't typically go into the more advanced stuff (partitioning, materialized views, etc.), that's the 8i New Features for Administrators class. It's quite good as well.
