EXPORT oracle problem

When I try to make an export (in dos-mode) I get the following error:
(after typing user and password of a DBA with export rights)


EXP-00056: Oracle-error 12560 encountered
ORA-12560: TNS:error in protocoladapter
EXP:00000: Export enden not succesfully





Please help !!
