Oracle 8 for NT has/had an upsizing program that would import an Access database, objects and data. Can't remember if I used it on 8.0.3 or a later version. This program has to be run on the same machine the Oracle database is installed on, not from a workstation connected to a server. This program was on the Oracle Enterprise Edition. Don't know if its available for the Personal or Workgroup editions. You can probably find out more about it on the Oracle Support web site, which is great.
