rollback segment

I have a rollback segment where about half the size is in use (100++Mb). I am not sure which session is using it...and I dont think it should go up to that much. I restarted the database hoping that whatever that is using it would release it. Upon start up I found that the same amount of size is in use. How do I check what's using the rollback segments and how do I terminate if I need to?
