Forms 6.0 Win_Api_Session.One_Session ?

Hello Group....

I trying to use this Win_Api_Session.One_Session command and it just doesn't seem to work.
Does anyone know if there's another way to see if a copy of an application is running?

I've tried "window" and "module" and multiple copies keep opening.

Any help will be appreciated...
