Installation problem

    I have a problem that you may be able to help me with.
 Whem I try to install a program called 'Oracle Sales Analyzer', I am
returned a


message saying 'Cannot load or find D:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\SSPRT20.VBX' and the
setup program exits.


I know the file in question is in this directory. Is there anything else
that may be wrong?
