You need to read the documentation on Oracle Hot Backups. The documentation is on the CD (if you didn't install it when you installed the DB.) Under Backup and recovery. Bascally, you need to put the tablespaces in hot backup mode and back up each data file with an open file manager. Then do log switches and do a alter system backup control file to .. Best to read the documentation.
