In the past I have just dumped the data via queries to a flat file and read them into excel. Then excel interfaces with access I believe.

I also believe you can ODBC directly from access to the Oracle database for your queries or import the tables, unfortunately I don't remember how it was done at the time because I tried to avoid Access as much as I could while still helping out the users.
