Transparent gateway for MS SQLServer

I am trying to setup a connection to MS SQL Server from Oracle (or rather,
PL/SQL).  It seems like using the transparent gateway is the way to go, but
am unable to find any documentation (i.e. Examples) on setting it up.  Does
anyone know where I can find examples or help?
