RedHat 7.0 AND Oracle8EE Incompatible??

Does anyone have installed Oracle8 on a Linux RedHat 7.0 Computer???



I have tried since a month to do so and it doesnt works.
I cannot build any database (still a ORA -03113 message at 2% or 82% of
the process).


Should I scrapt myt Linux RedHat 7.0 version and return to 6.2?
Or give me a better distribution to install...?
