Josh,
I have 3 ORACLE_HOMEs defined. Using regedit, I found that they all have NLS_LANG defined as AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1. (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORACLE\(HOME0,HOME1,HOME2) Mike
