DBA priviledge

Hi,



I try to create users with DBA rights under Win NT 4 sp3.



So, i have created a ORA_DBA group and put users (me) under  it.



I change REMOTE_PASSWORD to none



And then i try to connect as sysdba : connect / as sysdba



But it answer  that i have not enough priviledge.



Someone can help me ?
