Recover a datafile

Recently I lost all my Oracle instalation &
files. All I am left with is the datafile
corresponding to the tablespace I was working
with. Is there anyway I can import this datafile
into a fresh Oracle instalation or all my data
are lost?



Any help greatly appreciated, especially since
there is no real DBA on a 500km radius :-)
